Getting started
How do I create my free account?
On the welcome card (“Come and sit a while”):
- Enter your first name and your email.
- The email-list checkbox is optional — gentle encouragement and free resources, never shared.
- Tap “Begin with Faith.”
How do I sign in on another phone or computer?
Your account travels with you. On the welcome card, tap “Sign in with your email” and enter the email you used the first time — your membership and voice count come right along.
It says no account was found with my email.
Double-check the spelling — it must be the same email you used the first time. If you’ve never visited before, tap “Create a free account” instead.
How do I sign out?
Tap “Sign out” at the top right of Faith’s page.

How do I hear Faith speak?
Tap “Hear this” beneath any of Faith’s replies. Tap it again (it reads “Stop”) to stop her. A free account includes 3 voiced replies — the small pill beneath Faith’s name shows how many you have left. Companion Circle members hear her without limit.
Speaking instead of typing
How do I talk to Faith with my voice?
Tap the microphone in the message bar and just talk — your words appear in the box. It stops on its own about 4 seconds after you finish, or tap the microphone again to stop it yourself. Want to add more? Tap it again and keep talking. When you send, a “Check your message” box shows what it heard so you can fix any words, then tap Send.
The microphone isn’t working or doesn’t appear.
Two common reasons:
- Permission: the first time, your browser asks to use the microphone — tap Allow. If you tapped “Don’t allow” by mistake, open your browser’s settings for this site, allow the microphone, and try again.
- Browser: speaking works in Safari on iPhone and iPad and in Chrome on Android and computers. On a browser that can’t do it, the button simply doesn’t appear — typing always works.
The Companion Circle
What is the Companion Circle?
For $4.99 a month: unlimited replies in Faith’s gentle voice, plus the ability to install Faith as an app on your phone or computer. Cancel anytime — and written conversation with Faith stays free no matter what.
How do I join?
When the invitation appears, tap “Join the Companion Circle.” A secure checkout by Stripe opens. On your card statement the charge reads “GOLDEN FAITH PUB.”

The app on your phone
How do I install Faith as an app?
Installing the app is a Companion Circle perk. Signed-in members see a gold “Install the Faith app” button beneath Faith’s name.
- Android or computer: tap the button, then tap Install when your browser offers it.
- iPhone or iPad: tap the button for the steps — in Safari, tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up), choose “Add to Home Screen,” then open Faith from that new icon.
I don’t see the install button.
Three things to check:
- You’re signed in as a Companion Circle member — free accounts see a small note instead, and tapping it opens the invitation to join.
- Faith isn’t already installed — once she’s on your home screen, the button hides itself.
- Your browser supports installing — on iPhone use Safari, on Android use Chrome.
